I work with high potentials, emerging leaders,  and other executives to understand who they are as a human first, so they can step most fully into who they are as a leader.

Through my distinctive DSI Leadership Curriculum™, I serve as a thinking partner to help current and future leaders to better clarify and articulate their strengths as leaders, their unique vision, and their unique approach. By identifying the passion and clarifying the vision, leaders can then craft the pragmatic actions within which followers can find their own appetite for participation and collaboration.

I believe that great leaders also need to learn to follow, both to better manage burnout, but also because no one person will have all the best ideas at any given time. To me leadership is a dance, incorporating many moving parts that we explore and articulate together.

Deborah has a keen sense for identifying leaders and leadership potential. She works with you to understand and articulate what being a leader means to you. You build from there with the guiding principle that all of who you are contributes to you as a leader. Exploring and discovering my unique contributions as a leader brings clarity to the path forward.
