My Mission
To equip and inspire leaders to have deeper self-awareness and understand what is unique about themselves, so they have a life-enhancing, generative impact on the world, organizations, and people around them.
About Me
Since the late ‘90s, I have worked as a catalyst for leaders in business to understand what is unique about them, then hone that self-awareness to become fully-formed stars, meaning the powerfully inspirational leaders they are capable of being. Exploring all aspects of what it is to perform at peak levels — mental, emotional, psychological as well as in terms of productivity and achievement of results — my goal is to serve as a thinking partner to leaders who are committed to a healthier future for themselves, their families, their companies, and their world.
My creativity and intuition are grounded in years of experience with innovators in all sizes of organizations, from start-ups to global corporations.
My coaching has impacted leaders in tech, financial services, education, health, FMCG consumer goods, sciences, pharma, professional services, arts, media, manufacturing, and B2B & B2C. Clients have come from Japan, Peru, Korea, Mexico, Israel, England, Sweden, Trinidad, Ghana, Canada, the UAE, China, Russia, and across the United States.
Deb helped me to get clear on so many things. It was as if she were helping me clean out the lint trap of my dryer before the whole thing caught fire! Deb helped me feel clear and purposeful during the exploration of a challenging business opportunity. At the same time, I was also juggling a conflict between my personal life and business that could have potentially jeopardized the personal relationship.
She also is an incredibly inclusionary individual who allowed me to feel very much at ease talking about the parts of my identity (race) that on the surface, one might assume she wouldn’t understand.
I am indebted to Deb’s guidance and helping me to build awareness around areas where I was in need of more support and areas where I simply needed to recognize there was misalignment with my goals and priorities. She was organized, intuitive, and direct when needed. Her coaching style was supportive, awareness building, collaborative, developmental, strategic, and transformational.

Core Values
Curosity
I ask many, disparate questions to better understand who my clients really are.
Integrity
To me, this means congruence. I follow through on my words with integrous action. If I don’t, I seek to understand why.
Uniqueness
That I engage in my work from my personal experiences, understanding that I bring a unique perspective that no one else does.
Wisdom
To eschew the easy for the right, and achieve the hard-won simplicity that comes with experience.
Authenticity
I do my best to be the real deal, not the polished, airbrushed, homogenized version of myself that too many of us have been told is acceptable.
